This is important from two aspects: First, this will help you in opening bank account (current account for business) and Second, in establishing reliability in front of clients or prospects.

You can register your entity either as a Proprietorship, Partnership, Private Limited Firm or a LLP. Cost management: Focus on bringing projects as much possible from market using various means. Hire freelancers initially to deliver your projects and decide to hire full time guys after you are confident of having enough business to justify your cost. Note though, hiring Freelancers have their own risks. Unless you are really skilled enough to catch their goof-ups, don’t go for it.
